2026 GP Students Service Point Form

Students can earn scholarships for trips by participating in pre-determined service opportunities at Grace Place. Students will earn “scholarship points” through participation in these service opportunities. These “scholarship points”  can be applied to any GP Students’ sponsored trips, camps, retreats, etc.  

Please fill this form out each time you complete a service project for a service point.
